Tennis Courts
The park previously contained two tennis courts that had become dilapidated and in need of repair. New fencing, resurfacing works, and new line markings have helped to create a high quality sporting facility.
Improving Paths
The extensive path network running through the park had become uneven and cracked in places. Path edgings had also become damaged and worn away in places. Priority areas within the park, including the entire bandstand arena have been resurfaced, new kerb edgings have been provided and handrails where appropriate.
Improving Signs
An example of the new signs, interpretation boards, and finger posts have been installed to aid visitor experience within the park.
