Here are a selection of old photographs taken of Hollycroft Park.
One of the earliest pictures of the bandstand and shows how this feature
dominated the early park landscape in the 1930’s. This art deco feature remains
within the park today and has had extensive refurbishment works to ensure
that it remains a key community facility for a range of events. The other three
photographs were taken during the 1960’s and show how the park developed
through landscaping and the provision of leisure provision. The bowling green,
and associated pavilion, remain a popular and well-used feature of this park.
